An actress who played an assassin for a Baltimore drug gang in HBO's "The Wire" has pleaded guilty in a drug conspiracy case. Thirty-one-year-old Felicia "Snoop" Pearson entered the plea to conspiracy to distribute heroin Monday, a day before her trial was set to begin. She was sentenced to three years supervised probation. Pearson was one of 64 people charged in March in "Operation Usual Suspects," a joint state-federal prosecution of an east Baltimore drug gang. Pearson's lawyer says she didn't play a significant role in the alleged conspiracy. But attorney Benjamin C. Sutley says she decided to enter the plea to rid herself of the burden of dealing with the charges.

Just probation? WHO is her lawyer! Geesh....

Camille And Kelsey Grammer Temporarily Settle Custody Dispute

TMZ has learned ... Kelsey Grammer and his ex-wife Camille have settled their child custody dispute -- but only temporarily.  And make no mistake about it -- they're still at war. Sources tell TMZ ... the agreement outlines who gets the kids, when and where, etc.  We're told Camille will have both kids more than Kelsey, but the agreement accommodates Kelsey's work schedule. The kids will not be separated.  You'll recall, at one point Kelsey's lawyer recommended that the couple's son would fly to Chicago to stay with him, and their daughter would stay with Camille in L.A. Our sources say the underlying issues between the couple have not been resolved -- i.e., money and permanent custody. We're told Camille is bitter at the way Kelsey has treated her and the kids, while Kelsey is angry because he feels Camille has been disrespectful to his new wife.

R. Kelly Facing Foreclosure On His Chicago Mansion

How is this possible?! Doesn't he have like a boatload of $$$$$. Or did a lot of it go toward legal fees over the years? And by 'legal fees", yall know what I mean!

R&B crooner Robert "R Kelly" reportedly owes $2.9 million on his suburban Chicago mansion that was purchased in 1999 for $3.5 million, according to Crain's Chicago Business.

The lawsuit filed by JP Morgan Chase last month in Cook County Circuit Court states that Mr. Kelly  hasn't made monthly mortgage payments since June of last year.

June of 2010? I wonder why it wasn't snatched earlier! Does it take a full year to put someone out of their house for non-payment?

Kelly's spokesman, Allan Mayer, declined to comment about the foreclosure. But he tells The Associated Press that Kelly isn't in financial trouble.

Then why not pay your mortgage for a year? Confused....

Dallas Cowboys Star Roy Williams Suing Ex-Girlfriend Over Engagement Ring

Ha! I find this story quite comical!

So apparently Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Roy Williams has found himself in quite the pickle when he proposed to his girlfriend of 1 year, Miss Texas USA 2009 Brooke Daniels. 

He reportedly mailed a $76K engagement ring to Daniels (YES, MAILED!!! Huh?) along with a recorded marriage proposal, $5,000 for school and dental bills and a baseball for her brother. But here is the kicker.....She rejected the proposal and has not returned the ring.

HAHAHAHA! How embarrassing!

Right now, Daniels' father and co-defendant - Michael Daniels - is in possession of the ring and plans to return it to Williams to avoid legal problems.

Williams filed the lawsuit June 30 in state district court in Odessa.

SMH! First and foremost, you get a severe *side-eye* for mailing an engagement ring with a recorded message. Ummmmmm, WHO DOES THAT? Idiots....that who!

BREAKING NEWS: Casey Anthony Found NOT GUILTY!!!

SMH! This is just sad.....

Casey Anthony, the young woman who was accused of murdering her daughter Caylee Anthony in 2008, has been found NOT GUILTY by the seven-woman, five-man jury today. She was also found not guilty of aggravated child abuse and aggravated manslaughter.

Casey was said to be sobbing in court as the verdict was being read.

I bet her azz was! Got off scott-free IMO.....sad!

This has been one of the most talked about trials since the OJ Simpson fiasco.

Did Lindsay Lohan Fail Her Court Ordered Alcohol Test?

According to TMZ, she did! I'm starting to give up on her like I did with Amy Winehouse! Why should I care?

Lindsay Lohan tested positive for alcohol earlier this month ... and has been ordered to appear in front of an L.A. County Superior Court judge tomorrow morning  ... and the Probation Dept. wants her in jail. Here's what we know.  Lindsay was tested twice last week.  Sources tell TMZ ... Lindsay tested positive for alcohol on one of the tests and negative on the other.  In both tests, she tested negative for drugs.  One of the tests was administered just after Lindsay had a rooftop barbecue party. Sources tell TMZ ... the L.A. County Probation Department will ask Judge Stephanie Sautner to yank her out of house arrest and throw her in L.A. County Jail. And, we're told, members of the D.A.'s office -- will make an appearance as well, to lower the boom on Lindsay.  The D.A. is still handling the DUI probation part of Lindsay's criminal saga.  The L.A. City Attorney is handling the necklace case. The Probation Department is pissed off because they tried to force Lindsay to take two tests in May but Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, refused to make Lindsay submit, claiming it wasn't part of her probation.  Turns out it was, so Lindsay subsequently took the two tests, one of which she failed. The Probation Dept. is also ticked that Lindsay is having parties while under house arrest. Judge Sautner will hold a hearing tomorrow at 10 AM.  Of course, we'll be there.

She ain't ready yall! And for that, throw her azz in jail! How many opportunities and chances can one person get???

Bret Lockett might finally get that face-to-face meeting with Kim Kardashian he always wanted -- but it looks like it's going to go down ... in a courtroom! Sources close to Kim K tell TMZ ... her lawyers are drafting a defamation lawsuit against Lockett and will file it as early as Monday morning. Kim has maintained all along she never met Bret -- despite his claims they had a "physical relationship." Harvey hammered Lockett on TMZ Live last week, asking him when and where he met Kim, but Lockett refused to say.  Nevertheless, he insisted he and Kim had hooked up this year, after she started dating Kris Humphries. But on Friday, Lockett finally fessed up on "Showbiz Tonight" ... admitting he never actually met Kim.

HUH??? LOSER!

We're told Kim's lawyers fired off a letter to Lockett in the last few days, telling him to hang on to the so-called "evidence" he has on his "affair" with Kim -- because he'll need to produce it in court.

Oh NOW you never met her??? You have to be hard up for attention and fame to claim that you met and boned a girl, and are now selling the story to a tabloid magazine. Is the NFL lock out weighing on you that heavy? What part of the game is THIS?

New York DJ Mister Cee Pleads Guilty To Public Lewdness & Exposure Charges

XXLMag.com has learned that DJ Mister Cee plead guilty in New York Criminal Court this morning (June 1) to charges of public lewdness and exposure. As previously reported, the longstanding Hot 97 DJ and associate of Big Daddy Kane and The Notorious B.I.G. was arrested on March 30, after police officers allegedly caught him in a sexual act in Lower Manhattan with another man in the wee hours of the morning. According to the criminal complaint filed by Officer Lindsay Agard, and obtained by the smokinggun.com, Cee was caught with his “exposed, naked and erect penis” in the mouth of a man by the name of Lawrence Campbell. Campbell, who goes by the moniker Brookle-Lynne Pinklady on his Facebook page, was found with his “mouth and lips in an up-and-down motion consistent with oral sex.” [Read the police report here] As of press time it is uncertain when Cee is due back in court.

NBA Star Chris Bosh Sues "Basketball Wives"

Miami Heat superstar Chris Bosh is suing the mother of his child who is starring in the third season of the VH1 reality show Basketball Wives for infringing his trademark and publicity rights. The lawsuit filed yesterday in California District Court points out that the VH1 program doesn't actually show wives of basketball players, but rather women who are dating, or have dated, or have been married to NBA players. Bosh is claiming that co-defendants Allison Mathis and producer Shed Media are commercially exploiting his likeness and trademark, and the complaint offers an amusing rationale on why Mathis' appearance doesn't constitute protected First Amendment expression against Bosh's purported intellectual property rights: "The use of Plaintiff's name by Defendants is primarily commercial and not communicative," says the lawsuit. "Further, the show, 'Basketball Wives,'  is not transformative, but rather the use, depiction, or imitation of celebrity NBA basketball players, including Plaintiff, is the very sum and substance of the show." Bosh claims his consent was required for use of his mark -- his name -- and that the reality show is likely to confuse the public into thinking he authorized or sponsored Basketball Wives. Bosh also claims that the show has wrongfully converted his "life rights" and divulged facts about him that have been harmful and "destroyed" the commercial value of his "life rights." He's also suing the defendants for intruding upon his private home life. Bosh, who signed a lucrative contract as a free agent last off-season and is currently competing in the second round of the NBA playoffs, wants an injunction, disgorgement of profits, and further damages. Bosh isn't the first NBA player to call a foul on VH1's Basketball Wives. Last year, Shaquille O'Neal-- who ironically is facing off against Bosh in the 2nd round of the playoffs -- threatened his own ex-wife for participating on the show. Shed Media couldn't be reached for comment.

NBA Star Dwight Howard Sues His Baby-Momma!

Dwight Howard won a $500,000 judgment against his baby mama in the state of Florida for talking smack  about him -- but she hasn't paid up, so he's going after her in California. Howard won the judgment against Royce Reed for half a mil last year because she violated a court order, prohibiting her from talking about him in the press. Howard claims Reed now owes him $551,606.74 -- which includes interest.  So Howard has filed papers with a California court, which could give Howard the right to go after Reed's assets in Cali. Good luck ... our sources say , the "Basketball Wive1s" star has nada in California.

Lemme just throw out a SILLY question. How in the HELL is Dwight gonna get a half million dollars out of a dancer/reality star? Don't worry, I'll wait for the answer......*still waiting*
