Well DAMN!

Voicing his disdain for the network that gave rise to music videos, Adam Levine took to Twitter to vent about tonight's MTV Video Music Awards. The Maroon 5 frontman, who joined his bandmates at the Snapple Tea Will Be Loved Launch on Friday night (August 26), tweeted, "the VMA’s. one day a year when MTV pretends to still care about music. I’m drawing a line in the sand. f**k you VMA’s.”

WOW! "f**k you VMA’s", tho?!?!?!? HARSH....

Not taking too kindly to Adam's comments, MTV shot back a message of their own by tweeting, ”Soooo you’ll be tuning in at 9/8C tomorrow right? (BTW, bonus points if you TwitPic your 2004 Moonman!)”

Good comeback MTV...lol

Unwilling to let MTV have the last word, 32-year-old Levine closed out the mini-feud by writing, “still waiting to have my ‘jerry macguire mission statement moment of deep regret… ‘ not happening. phew!”

Easy, people. Can we all just get along?

Oh girl get your panties outta your azz! It's called entertainment. You know what that is, right? Or have you forgotten?

Former Spice Girl Mel C is none too pleased with the over-sexualisation in music today, and her main target is pop star Rihanna! Mel C says:

"People have to take some responsibility because we've got to a point where the over-sexualisation of young children has gone too far. I think music is a big part of that. Women in music are extremely sexual and they have young fans. It is inappropriate."

"Rihanna has a responsibility and although culture's always changing, it's changed too much. It needs to be dealt with. It's reached saturation point, we owe it to our kids to protect them."

"I love Rihanna, I think she's a f***ing brilliant artist, with great songs, a great record and she looks fantastic…but she's not a mum. Maybe if she becomes one she'll feel different. I hope so anyway."

Listen. It is NOT Rihanna's job to parent your children, or any other celeb for that matter. Her job is to entertain, and she does a damn good job at it. Her not being a mom has NOTHING to do with it.

I can't stand when people think celebrities, particularly music artists, should water down their act for children. Hey, I have an idea...make sure your children don't listen/watch them!

"Basketball Wives" Tami Roman: I'm Not Returning To The Show If Meeka Does

"Basketball Wives" star Tami Roman was a call-in guest on TT Torrez's Richmond, VA radio preogram where she sort've defended herself (or gave us some clarity) about her highly publicized fight with cast mate Meeka Claxton.

According to Tami, she will NOT return to the hit reality show if Meeka does, because she can not bring herself to work with someone that is suing her. *blank stare*

Guuurrrrrrllllll. Tami, as much as I LIVE for you, how can you even utter those words when you were willing to sue Evelyn over those DUMB AZZ "Non F'N Factor" T-shirts?!?!?!? I'll wait.....

Anywhooo Tami, I don't think that would be a good idea at all if you left the show. Let's face it.....the show's your bread and butter (and let's not forget you're the star!). Only a fool would leave.

Sneak Peek: "Basketball Wives" Episode 8....Did Evelyn And Jennifer Make Up?

Of course they did! These two are so far stuck up each other's azz, it's not even funny! 

In a cliff hanger from last week's episode of VH1's reality show hit "Basketball Wives", we were left seeing a highly pissed off Evelyn Lozada steaming mad at her "BFF" Jennifer Williams for not supporting her engagement to NFL star Chad 'Ochocinco' Johnson. Also, Evelyn was pissed (and rightfully so....it pains me to say that) at Jennifer for going on a radio program to voice her opinions that Chad was a 'media whore' (which he is!).

The drama came to a head when Evelyn pretty much cussed her "friend" Jennifer out in front of the Universe for not being there to her. Sooooooooooo, have they made up? YEP! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Jennifer was a crying mess and felt terrible for telling the truth, uhhhh...I mean, saying those "awful" things about Chad. Evelyn accepted her apology, consoled her and they lived happily ever after. Peep the sarcasm.....

As for the main event: Tami and Meeka? They still hate each other. And that's not gonna change. 

Sidebar - Tami...as much as I love you (and I really love you!), it's time to lay off Meeka. LOL. Everyone knows she's messy. Let her be!

But the drama doesn't end their with those two! Meeka has filed a lawsuit against Tami for an all out brawl that occurred between the two while they were in Italy. Get the deets under the break......

"Basketball Wives" star Meeka Claxton claims her co-star Tami Roman beat her to a pulp in an Italian nightclub recently -- and now, she's out for revenge ... SUING Tami for assault and battery. TMZ broke the story ... Meeka and Tami had been at odds with each other for a long time -- and according to sources close to the show, Tami tried to settle the score once and for all last month ... with a fist fight. According to the lawsuit, filed yesterday in New York, Tami "assaulted, battered, beat, threatened, menaced, attacked, jumped on, pushed to the ground, thrashed, punched, and shoved" Meeka ... causing serious injury. Meeka wants Tami to cough up unspecified damages, claiming the incident cost her a day of filming -- and put her through an emotional and physical hell. So far, no word back from Tami's camp.

Messy....just messy! But I love every minute of it. *shrug*

"Basketball Wives" Star Royce Reed Breaks Down The Fight Between Evelyn And Jennifer

In one of the most funniest blogs I've read as of late, "Basketball Wives" star Royce Reed (Dwight Howard's babymomma) shared her thoughts and opinions on the big showdown between her arch nemesis Jennifer Williams and Evelyn Lozada on their popular reality show.

Say what you will about Royce, but she is NOT in the azz-kissing business and I can do NOTHING but respect her for that. Now as for her style of dress, momma let's talk! I can understand you not giving two-shyts about fashion and your priorities lying in other places (TRUST ME...I can respect that), but a little thought and effort won't kill anyone, k?

In my opinion, Royce was sick and tired of being abused and berated the first couple of seasons, and clearly she isn't goin to take it anymore! And for that my dear, BRAVO!

As we have heard from Jennifer, you must consider EVERY man you go on a date with a boyfriend. Yes, EVERY. You must put yourself on stalker status and claim them as “Your Boo”. You also MUST sleep with them to keep them….hence her going through a divorce. Despite the fact, I’ve ONLY had 2 boyfriends not 3 in the past 3 not 1 years, I guess I’m doing something wrong by living up to my morals. BUT, since it comes from the mouth of Jen-God it must be true. I find it funny though that I seem to come up in conversation pertaining to my sex life when I’m such a Non-Muthaf***n Factor. Dammit! Contrary to popular belief it is assured that since Jennifer went on that blind date, he is now her boyfriend and I’m guessing she slept with him so that’s boyfriend #2, and I believe we see #3 somewhere down the line also…

What have we learned here? Not A Got Damn Thing! Which basically means you’re good! Screw your morals and upbringing, those beliefs went out in 1999. A man/woman will only respect your mind if you make the relationship physical right off and you claim then from date 1!

Guide 2: How to Make the Most of Your Overseas Trip

As I stated in the confessional, I saw this trip being full of drama. My trip to Rome consisted of Site Seeing, photo ops, a little souvenir shopping, and great dining. Basically I did it ALL wrong. When you go on an overseas trip you must take ALL your drama and issues with each other to that country and squash it there. Yes, like a Drama Retreat. You must confront your best friend, worst enemy, and call out those who cant hold water. Every time you sit down to eat, be angry. Every time you walk with someone, bring up the issues with someone else, ESPECIALLY if it pertains to your best friend. Lastly, when you are in your downtime you must PLOT on how you want to handle any and all ambushes you plan to have while Shaunie plays peace maker….yeah…This way, you will leave that country not remembering the culture but remembering your issues. AWESOME! Cant wait to go back. Shaunie, how bout next time you invite Gloria and Laura! I foresee Fun Times!!! To Tami, just as you thought I was an idiot for trying to build something with Meeka, I think you’re crazy for believing these chicks may have any sense of loyalty to you. If any, its because they are afraid to get on your bad side. We can argue it up and down face to face then go have drinks after-wards BUT it wont be in Rome.

What have we learned here? Overseas means throwing someone Overboard, Under the Bus, and Out in Traffic. Which basically means, no souvenirs…unless it’s Holy Water.

Guide 3: How To Build a Great and Longlasting Friendship

Under NO circumstances are you to EVER have a mind of your own. You must pick one person to be the Alpha female or male and everyone else has to play the “Yes Man”. You are never, I mean NEVER, under any circumstance allowed to go against the grain or the opinion of the Alpha even if its the truth. Also, you must talk about the issues you have with your friend/s with others before confronting them. Yes, you need backup. You must answer any and all questions dishonestly the way the Alpha THINKS you should answer it, and the way she/he saw you answering it in their head. Evelyn, I’m confused as to why you were crying. Now your friendship wont be the same? Because your friend, your BFF, finally spoke her mind? I believe she said everything she stated in that interview to your face. I smell SH!T and its coming from your way. You did say you could give a performance so here’s your award for the best Sh!tshow! I must say, as much as Jennifer and I aren’t friends, I’m extremely proud of her for not backing down from her opinion. I honestly jumped up and down and started swinging my arms like she just dunked on Kobe’ but I digressed when I saw the tears. I felt better when she had that “whatever, she’ll get over it” attitude. Listen, my friends and I can argue and debate any and all issues all day then have dinner at night and hug it out. I’m hoping these 2 can hug it out while still standing their ground on their opinions Then and only then will I say this friendship has stood ONE of the tests of time. Let’s see how this ends, I give it a few weeks as opposed to a few months, I mean this time you didn’t swear on your daughters life you would never be friends as you did with Suzie, so I’m sure it wont last as long. Suzie, you look scared to speak. I’m not mad you read my text message but now you see what happened to me. You kinda felt like you had to PROVE your innocence. I get it, now you see how I felt in Spain. Difference is now, I no longer give a sh!t. Hence the reason why I haven’t built that great and longlasting friendship with these chicks. Tami, run! Suzie, run, Meeka, sprint.

What have we learned here? Blood is thicker than water and none of us are related. Therefore, only Yes men are allowed in fake, err I mean Real Friendships!

All and all, even though I wasnt seen in this episode I was definitely in more scenes than I thought! Till next week, notice the sarcasm, & shade… I’m outtie!!!

NeNe Leakes Likes Star Jones Now, Dancers

Well, at least she is trying to put their whole Apprentice beef behind her.

She was the reason she quit Celebrity Apprentice, but that isn't stopping NeNe Leakes from keeping it cordial with former fellow contestant Star Jones. "Saying hello costs me nothing – that's free," the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 43, tells ESSENCE.com. "I'm not so in a rage that I can't say hello and I can't stand in the same room as Star." The two famously feuded and resorted to name-calling on the NBC show, and their rivalry hit a peak when Leakes unloaded on Jones in front of a client. But now, months after the show wrapped and John Rich was declared the winner, there's no hard feelings – at least as far as Leakes is concerned. "I don't hate her," she says. "I don't know anybody I hate." She adds: "Star is Star. I wish her all the best."

Well Well Well. Doesn't Linnethia 'NeNe' Leakes sound as if she matured over the last few months. I can dig it!

Frank Ocean Confronted By Chris Brown's Goons (VIDEO)

Apparently last week, an all out Twitter war erupted between Chris Brown and up and coming R&B star Fran Ocean from the group Odd Future. 

Long story short, immature words were exchanged on Twitter when Chris Brown paid a genuine compliment to Frank Ocean. Frank, not being a fan of Chris, replied calling Chris, Ike Turner. Of course Chris retaliated (because he can't help himself) with his own choice words. This little spat caused Tyler The Creator of Odd Future to get involved in the mix and have some words with Chris as well. Needless to say, it's all very immature and further proves my point that even though you cross the 21-year old mark, some people still just don't get it!

Fast forward to today. A video just popped up on the internet of Chris Brown's "alleged" crew confronting Frank Ocean about the beef in West Hollywood while they are both in their cars. Chris Brown is NOT in the scene, but you can hear Frank saying: “…but I don’t know ya’ll though” and Chris' alleged crew saying “Take the FADE Ni**a!!!!” WHATEVER the hell that means.

*sigh* When are we gonna grow up? EVERYBODY involved! Especially Chris Brown! Know WHEN to say WHEN! Because at the end of the day, you have the most to lose...DUMMY!

Eve Offers Her Two Cents About The Lil Kim v. Nicki Minaj Beef!

In an interview with Tim Westwood’s BBC Radio 1Xtra show, rapper Eve had this to say about her fellow female MC's, Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj's on-going beef:

“I need [Kim] to stop. If I was Kim’s friend, I’d be like, yo, ’cause she’s Kim, period. So she never has to feed [into the beef]. She shouldn’t. It’s bad. It’s not a good look,” said Eve. “If I was her friend, I’d tell her, yo, just come back bigger and better. The best way to get at people is to do you better than you’ve ever done you.”

Jersey Shore's "The Situation" And Ronnie Involved In A Fight???

According to TMZ, this really happened! OUCH!

Ronnie and The Situation got into a MAJOR fist fight with each other last night in Italy ... TMZ has learned -- and based on the post-brawl pictures ... the Sitch got his ass kicked. The two arrived separately back to their apartment hours ago -- Situation has red marks covering his face around his left eye. Ronnie's knuckles were torn up and bleeding. Details around the fight are still unclear -- but big surprise ... we're told it all began with a blowout between Ronnie and Sammi.

COTTTTTTTT DAMN, Sitch! REALLY? Your whole face still looks like that the day after? WHEW! Let's face it....it was bound to happen! You've been itching for an azz-whooping for all your BYTCH-tendencies from the beginning of the show!

Zach Galifianakis No Likey January Jones!

Oh this is gonna be funny!

Hangover star Zach Galifianakis granted an interview to TheShortList.com where they explained to him that pregnant Mad Men star January Jones cited him as one of the funniest people in Hollywood.

And much to Zach's surprise, he found this very odd because he said the first time they met, she was rude to him!

"That’s really funny because, if I remember correctly, she and I were very rude to each other."

He explained, "It was crazy. I was at a party — I’d never met her — and she was like, 'Come sit down.' So I sit at her table and talk for 10 minutes, and she goes, 'I think it’s time for you to leave now.'"

"So I say, 'January, you are an actress in a show and everybody’s going to forget about you in a few years, so f*cking be nice,' and I got up and left. And she thinks that’s funny.'"

TSL then asked if Zach would ever do a sex scene with January -- and he replied, "I wouldn't want to. I'd hate it."

HA! I can't take him!

It's no surprise to me that he is saying this about January Jones. She has a reputation in Hollywood that she can be a tad bit off putting, so um....yea.

WHOA! Honestly.....I blame BET and their award show nominations! Sho' do.....

It first started with Keyshia Cole also being upset that she was snubbed a BET award nomination, and after she ranted a bit on Twitter about it, she ended it with:

Amber Rose Responds To Natalie Nunn's Verbal Attacks (VIDEO)

WHY?!?!? When you give your Haters any sort of attention by responding to their tirades and antics, they've already won!

In a UStream video over the weekend, everybody's favorite former stripper Amber Rose addressed her highly publicized beef with Bad Girl star Natalie Nunn:

“I know you guys know that there was a girl being very mean to me and she was saying a lot of very mean, harmful things to me. I just want to say that she’s beautiful and I wish her luck on everything that she’s doing and I pray for her. I pray for all of my enemies and people that try to break me down. I wish her the best of luck. So, I know a lot of people are hitting me and wanting me to comment on it and that’s what I will say.”

Was NeNe Leakes Out Of Line Against Star Jones On "Celebrity Apprentice"? (VIDEO)

First and foremost, I have to say that I was APPALLED at Linnethia "NeNe" Leakes last night on "Celebrity Apprentice". Not just appalled in the literal sense, but "MOUTH WIDE OPEN" appalled!

For those of you that did not catch "Celebrity Apprentice" last night, NeNe Leakes and Star Jones had their highly anticipated showdown for all of America to look and gawk at when NeNe was BEYOND pissed at Star for suggesting that she be this week's Project Manager. NeNe was under the impression that Star suggested she take the role as PM to sabotage her in a way (quite possibly...that Star is manipulative). Oh, but Star had NO IDEA what was coming her way when NeNe unleashed venom and her massive frame on her to send a message that she doesn't appreciate Star's "back-stabbing" ways.

WOOOOSAH!

When speaking about NeNe, I have said this time and time again....this woman has problems! In the above footage, it is quite clear that she completely "blacked out". Am I the only one who thought so? For a person to become so enraged and to "act a donkey" in front of Mr. Trump and the business executive from "CHI" hair products, was just flat out class-less!

There HAS to be another way to express your disdain and non-approval of others NeNe rather than yelling, neck-rolling, imposing on people's personal space, etc.etc.etc.....SHYT IS NOT CUTE, girlfriend! I was under the impression that your buffoonery was only conducive to the Real Housewives of Atlanta, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. You actually had the UNMITIGATED GALL to embarrass you children on national TV!!! SMH.

Don't get me wrong, I too feel that Star is a tab bit manipulative, but COME ON...this is a competition. She is only playing the game. If NeNe wasn't so caught up in loyalty and "friendships" (come one....these people are NOT your friends), maybe you wouldn't let these sort of issues ruffle your feathers.

NeNe, here is a piece of advice I have for you: SEEK HELP! Plain and simple....
