Who REALLY knows if these two are a couple or not, but last week T-Pain tweeted:

I have to keep reminding myself not to expect too much from celebs. That way, I won't get disappointed.

And by Donald Trump, I mean that GOD-AWFUL comb over....WTF? Who told her this look was Hot In The Streetz?!?!?

Pop star KE$HA showed up to present an award at the 28th Annual ASCAP Pop Music Awards (which celebrates song-writing) looking like THIS! Along with Jim Jones, she always looks like she is in dire need of water and soap...am I lying?!?!?
