Jay-Z Is "Ecstatic" Over Beyonce's Pregnancy!

Destiny's child, indeed! Fans worldwide were floored -- and thrilled -- when Beyonce unexpectedly announced her pregnancy at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards in L.A. Clad in a loose, red Lanvin gown, the singer, 29, first rubbed her belly and told photographers the big news outside the show venue. Later, after a joyous onstage performance of "Love on Top," Beyonce unbuttoned her sequined D&G jacket and playfully rubbed her tiny bump once again. In the audience, dad-to-be Jay-Z (her hubby of three years) beamed as pal Kanye West congratulated him. And the first-time dad Jay-Z (real name: Shawn Carter), 41, is just as pumped. "Jay is ecstatic and over the moon," the insider says. "He really wanted this so badly." So far, the Grammy-winning duo haven't found out the gender of their first child -- and are keeping other details close to the vest. "They barely told anyone...They kept it really secret until they were sure," the pal explains, "and now she simply couldn't wait to tell the world!"

Last night at the Hayden Planetarium at the American Museum of Natural History in NYC, hip-hop impresarios Jay-Z and Kanye West hosted an exclusive listening event for their upcoming album "Watch The Throne". 

Of course this listening party was a highlight with celeb friends and family coming out to show their support: Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, Nas, Jada Pinkett, Q-Tip and many more!

Jay-Z And Kanye West Are Now Called "The Throne" + Concert Dates

It's about to go down!!! *Kevin Hart voice*

Jay-Z and Kanye West have finally announced a release date for their long-awaited Watch the Throne album, along with dates for an arena tour in support of the record. The rap superstars, who are now officially a duo called the Throne, will release their debut album on Monday, August 8th through iTunes. On the same day, tickets will go on sale for the tour, which so far includes 24 dates throughout North America. The tour, which will kick off in Detroit on September 22nd, will feature performances of songs from the collaborative record as well as hits by both artists.

Dancers, take a listen to Jay-Z and Kanye West's latest effort from their highly anticipated album Watch The Throne entitled 'Otis'.

In the song, rap's top two men sampled the legendary Otis Redding’s “Try a Little Tenderness”, with of course production coming from Kanye West. What I like about the song is that it appears to be a back and forth conversation going on between Jay and Yeezy, as opposed to "You do your verse, and I'll come behind you and do mine".

Imma big fan of the song. My excitement has been renewed for the album again!
