Via Memphitz Twitter account:
1rst Off Sorry 2 My Family & Fans that this Craziness took place. & I'm SO HAPPY MY Beautiful Wife Came 2 Get My Ass!! I'm FREE!! BANG.
I'm sure your azz is sorry! You're too pretty to be left in jail...TRUST!

And according to TMZ, they spoke with Mickey "Memphitz" Wright and he wants his gun back! OH LAWWWD.
Wright tells us the judge was "very understanding" of his explanation -- that he had placed the gun in a backpack weeks ago and simply forgot about it -- and released him on bail.

Wright says he was "completely shocked" when TSA agents discovered the gun in his bag -- but tells us, "I had my license and [the judge] did me right and let me out."

He adds, "The TSA did their job ... I just hate that it was me because I'm about positivity and motivation."

When asked if he will ask the court to return the gun, Wright tells us, "Yes, i want my gun back" ... but insists the next time he travels, he'll leave the piece at home.
That would be a good move!

JaRule's Wife Claims He Left Them Plenty Of $$$ While In Prison

No KUDOS here. That's what he is supposed to do. No one forced him to go to prison...
"He did leave us well off. All of the rumors about Ja being broke are far from true." Aisha adds, "Ja made sure ... that me and my kids wouldn't need anything as far as income goes. He planned well before he went in. We won't be bad ... even for a little bit -- that was Ja's first priority as a man who makes sure family comes first." Ja was sentenced to serve two years in a NY state prison stemming from a gun-related arrest back in 2007.

NFL Star Plaxico Burress Released From Prison

I know he is happy than a MUG to be free! And then right before summer begins? Betcha won't bring another gun in a club ever again...DUMMY!
Former Giants receiver plaxico Burress strolled out of jail Monday wearing a Philadelphia Phillies cap on his head and a big smile on his face after 20 months behind bars. "It's a beautiful day," Burress said as he left the medium-security Oneida Correctiona Facility in Rome, NY. "It's a beautiful day to be reunited with my family. I want to go home and spend some quality time with them." Wearing shades, Burress thanked God and "all my fans all around the world for the thousands of letters, for their unwavering support." Asked about a possible return to pro football, Burress answered, "If and when everything gets settled, when they get back on the field, I'll be ready." Then Burress climbed into a black Range Rover and headed for the Turning Stone Casino and Result to meet his wife, Tiffany, his son, Elijah, and a daughter, Giovanna, who was born while he was behind bars. He was expected to board a flight to his home outside Ft. Lauderdale, FL by 11 a.m. Burress, 33, spent a lot of time running and doing strength exercise with an eye to returning to the NFL while doing time for a gun charge, his agent,Drew Rosenhaus, said.
Hmmmmm. Wonder what team he is going to next? I'm quite certain that he will never return to the Giants after they released him.

Lindsay Lohan Starts House Arrest Sentence In Necklace-Theft Case

Get it done and over with, Linds!

Via People:
Lindsay Lohan, 24, began serving house arrest Thursday morning at her Venice, Calif., townhouse after turning herself in to the Lynwood Jail hours earlier. "She is now confined to the interior premises of her home at all times," L.A. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore tells PEOPLE. Whitmore adds that Lohan surrendered to the facility at 5:02 a.m., where it was determined she was eligible for home confinement. The actress was fitted with an electronic ankle bracelet and released in less than an hour. No booking photo was taken. Lohan had been sentenced to four months in jail after she pleaded no contest to stealing a $2,500 necklace, but jail overcrowding issues and the fact that she's a nonviolent offender made her eligible for house arrest. The actress, however, could serve a little over two weeks of confinement due to good behavior and budgetary constraints. Whitmore declined to say whether any exceptions would allow Lohan to leave her home. But he previously stated that her ankle bracelet will not be detecting for drugs or alcohol. Lohan also serving 480 hours of community service – mostly at a downtown women's shelter – and is expected to serve janitorial duty at the L.A. County morgue. At her last hearing, the judge forbade the actress to attend community service while under house arrest.

Lindsay Lohan Sentenced To 4 Months In Jail!

SMH! Just when she was starting to get her life and career back on track. And then....THIS!
After a topsy-turvy day in court, Lindsay Lohan was found in violation of probation – and sentenced to four months in jail – on Friday, for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace. The actress, who was allowed to post bail, was also sentenced to 480 hours of community service by a Los Angeles judge. Lohan, 24, arrived at Lynwood Jail at approximately 5:30 p.m. PT in a sheriff's vehicle – her fourth trip to the facility – where she was given an orange jumpsuit. She was released at 9:21 p.m., according to inmate records. Earlier in the day, Lohan, 24, scored a legal victory when Judge Stephanie Sautner reduced her felony grand theft charge to a misdemeanor, explaining she was "giving [Lohan] an opportunity," because reducing charges for nonviolent defendants is common in more serious cases than Lohan's. Because of the reduction, Lohan was granted $75,000 bail for the probation violation while pending appeal.

Needless to say, Lindsay is PISSED that she has to go back to jail.
"She is fine," says producer Nathan Folks, who is a close friend of Lohan, 24. "Obviously, she is upset about [being sentenced to four months in jail]. She is angry because she has been working so hard on turning her life around," says Folks, who insists Lohan is clean and sober. "She didn't do what they said she did. She didn't steal that necklace." Still, Lohan is resigned to accept whatever decision comes down from the court when her trial begins June 3. "She is ready to do her time. She wants to go to A.A. and N.A. and to serve her [more than] 400 hours [of community service]," Folks says. "She has already been doing lots of charity work."
