Bryn's mom, Bethenny Frankel, is DEFINITELY moving up in the world! The reality star turned uber successful business woman has just recently purchased a new $4,995,000 home in NYC’s TriBeCa neighborhood.

Tribeca? Right next to DeNiro? LOL

Oh and get this...it's the same building where Jay-Z and Beyonce tied the knot a few years ago. FANCY!

Ellen DeGeneres' Team Lends Support To Bethenny Frankel Talk Show!

Listen. If you're gonna dive into a new field, whatever it may be, please surround yourself with the best of the best! And that is exactly what reality star Bethenny Frankel is doing.

It's being reported that Bethenny has begun shooting a pilot for her talk show (GO BETHENNY!!!) and is getting a boost from Ellen DeGeneres' team of Executive Producers.

Former "Real Housewives of New York City" star Bethenny Frankel is developing an advice-based talk show with the help of Ellen DeGeneres. Telepictures, the production company behind "Ellen," is producing the pilot, which will be filmed next Thursday (June 23) on the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank, CA, according to Broadcasting & Cable. The company is also behind Anderson Cooper's upcoming daytime show. The news shouldn't come as a surprise as Frankel indicated in a recent interview that she was looking to make the jump from reality TV star to talk show host. “I want to be on TV in a format where I can have a longer conversation with my fans rather than 140 characters on Twitter,” she told THR “It probably will be a talk show.” During Frankel's recent appearance on "Ellen," DeGeneres also briefly mentioned that they were working on a project together. Last fall, the talk show host and producer signed a deal with Telepictures to begin developing original scripted and reality programming for Warner Bros. Though the pilot will be taped on the West Coast, if the daytime show is picked up it will likely film in New York.

Bethenny Frankel Calls Lawsuit "Frivolous"

As we previously reported, Bethenny Frankel is being sued for over $100Million by her ex-managers for their alleged earnings/share from the sale of her Skinnygirl Margarita brand. Now Bethenny is speaking out about:

"Life is good for me with all the things that are most important, namely family. But let's be clear, I am a strong woman, and I am not afraid and won't back down when I'm bullied by something with zero merit. Success is earned by hard work, not taking advantage of others. Unfortunately, one of the signs of success is being the subject of frivolous lawsuits, like this one. This is simply someone with his hand out, who did nothing to earn it, and I am not going to be bullied. We are exploring all of our options, including filing counterclaims against these people."

Bethenny Frankel Sued For $100 Million!!!

For what you might ask? Over her SkinnyGirl margarita drink! Oh TRUST that when you've made it, people come outta the wood-works with their lawyers *sigh*

Reality star turned liquor mogul Bethenny Frankel has been sued by her ex-managers, who claim they helped broker her pairing with the lucrative Skinnygirl cocktail brand and were cut out of the rich deal that followed. Los Angeles-based Raw Talent sued the Real Housewives of New York and Bethenny Ever After star today in L.A. Superior Court. Raw co-president Doug Wald alleges he met Frankel in May 2008, as she was appearing on Real Housewives, and she expressed interest in launching her own unscripted series. He says he then helped introduce her to some agents at APA that specialize in repping reality stars. According to the complaint, Frankel signed with APA on August 7, 2008, and also agreed orally that day to retain Wald as her personal manager and pay Raw 10 percent of her earnings (she allegedly confirmed the relationship in an e-mail sent the next day). Wald says Frankel specifically sought out his advice because she thought the Skinnygirl cocktail was underexploited and he could help her make some money from it. "She expressly represented that any agreement relating to the exploitation of the Skinnygirl Cocktail Brand would be commissionable under their management agreement," the complaint says.Wald says he then helped Frankel hook up with liquor industry veteran David Kanbar, who put together a business plan for a company that would buy the brand, use Frankel's celebrity to help market it and sell it in two years for a hefty profit. But Raw Talent says Frankel fired Wald in November 2008, days before signing her deal to develop and market Skinnygirl. The brand has become a huge success. Seventeen months after Frankel and Kanbar went into business together, they sold the company in March in what The Hollywood Reporter called a $120 million deal. Raw Talent now says it's owed 10 percent of that deal, or an estimated $12 million. Plus, the company wants $100 million in punitive damages to make an example out of Frankel. "Notwithstanding her clear and unambiguous agreement and obligation to pay Raw Talent its 10% commission, Frankel now refuses," the lawsuit says. We've reached out to Frankel's rep for comment and will update with a response. The suit, filed by well-known showbiz litigator Bryan Freedman and Joshua Blum, alleges causes of action for fraud, breach of oral contract and other counts.

The Bethenny Ever After star was big and beautiful in her crimson gown from her 1984 prom – and assures us that the dress most definitely stayed on. "I went with a friend who was interested in me. I was just interested in going to the prom," she says of her Wheatley High prom on New York's Long Island. "He didn't get any that night, so I can sleep at night knowing [my daughter] Bryn can handle herself in the future."
