Demi Moore, Jennifer Aniston And Alicia Keys Are Beautiful On The Cover Of Glamour Magazine!

I want my cover NOW!!!! Just phuckin' beautiful.....

Hollywood and music's elite - Demi Moore, Jennfer Aniston and Alicia Keys - effortlessly grace the October 2011 issue of Glamour magazine where the ladies are just GORGE!

In the issue, the power women dive into their careers, TWITTER, relationships and a ton of other goodies!

Excerpts under the break.....

JENNIFER ANISTON

On what she looks for in a relationship:
“I would say I couldn’t be in a relationship without equality, generosity, integrity, spirit, kindness and humor. And awesomeness.”

On not believing what you read in the tabloids:
“There’s not nearly as much stealing and obsessing and middle-of-the-night secret calls to ex-boyfriends and scheming and cheating [as they lead you to believe]. Most of it’s just bull--t, however entertaining.”

DEMI MOORE
On the power of Twitter:
“I saw Twitter as this opportunity to connect with people and actually show a side of myself that is much lighter. And all of a sudden people were getting to know me, and I was connecting with people. At its core, Twitter is about sharing, and I think that in life we never feel better or more energized than when we’re giving
to someone else.”

On what makes her heart flutter:
“I’m an old-school romantic, so I get giddy when Ashton shows me another way of saying ‘I love you’—any little thought or gesture that’s playful or sweet. We leave Post-it notes for each other; some have been sticking up for five or six years! For me, it’s the small things.”

Alicia Keys

On the breakthrough moment she had while in Egypt (it inspired her son’s name too!):
“It was a time of transition. There were certain people [I was working with] who weren’t right. I had friends who weren’t right anymore. I was tired and I had overworked myself and burnt myself out. So I went to Egypt by myself. When I saw what was built there, it made me understand how powerful we are, that we can create anything. And I felt like I needed to create things that were timeless too.”

On reality music shows like American Idol:
“Initially, I felt like it was showing people that to be an artist you’re just supposed to get on TV. But as time passed, and the industry changed, I started thinking of it as an outlet for people who otherwise wouldn’t have any opportunity to be heard. Now I think it’s a good thing. When you’re talented, you’re talented.”

Alicia Keys And Swizz Beatz At The Keep A Child Alive Ball!

Alicia Keys and hubby Swizz Beatz were radiant on the red carpet for Alicia's annual Keep A Child Alive Black Ball, this time taking place at The Roundhouse in London, England last night.

While at the event, Alicia caused quite a stir on Twitter when she tweeted:
“but one question…..what kind of person bails on 15million orphans…..#GEORGEMICHEAL???? ;-(”
WHOA! That's not very "Peace and Love", Alicia?!?! On Twitter? Ok.

George Michael replied to his followers saying:
“Hi boyz n girls….bad news im afraid. This tooth ain’t getting better in time for tonight, not enough to sing anyway. I’m really sorry folks. You watch, it’ll be totally fine by tomorrow. Bloody typical. I hope not too many of my lovelies managed to grab a ticket. Of course I’d recommend going anyway, Alicia is great live, and @KeepaChildAlive is great charity to donate to.”
Ha! Celebs are funny.

Alicia Keys Featured In "W" Magazine

GORGE!
“I just wanted to be who I was, which was like so many other girls I knew,” says Alicia Keys. “We grew up in the city, had a hard edge and obstacles to overcome, but we were still young and beautiful. I didn’t want to be all dressed up, all made up—I wanted to be myself, which hadn’t been done before.”
Alicia is prepping for the re-release of her landmark album, Songs in A Minor, which will feature bonus tracks, demos, live performances, and more on June 28th.

Today's Phrase That Pays Goes To...

....Alicia Keys!
'We didn't start seeing each other until months after they had separated. I was aware of all the false things that were being said about me it definitely hurt. I was sure that if I engaged it would become back-and-forth like some sick entertainment, which goes against everything I believe and would have made things worse. Things are really good now. Kasseem is very present in his children's lives. I wouldn't be able to love him otherwise. We are doing what is best for the children.'
WELP!

What say you, Dancers?!?!

Alicia Keys Talks New Baby, Swizz Beatz And More On ESSENCE Magazine

GORGE!

Alicia Keys has reached a milestone....10 years in the music business! And on the June 2010 cover of ESSENCE magazine, the piano-playing beauty dives into her personal life: music, new baby boy and new love!
On love:
"Falling in love is such a force, but this is a whole other level of magic..."

On music, marriage and motherhood:
"I was very closed for a long time. But I feel so open now. To feel open like this means you've found the center in yourself. You're not hiding; you're not worried about anything. Everything's going to be just fine."

On dedicating a song to her mom:
"In the past, I've written mostly from my own perspective. But I just wrote a song for my next album that was inspired by a conversation I had with a man who was expressing how indebted he feels to God. He said, 'I owe God.' Now, what an interesting thought. And as much as I believe in God, for me that translated into how much I owe my mother for who I am. So I went home and I wrote I Owe You. It's dedicated to her…"
I've always been a BIG FAN of Mizz Keys! Such a beautiful force. It's no secret that she has had a tremendous amount of bad press as of late for allegedly "stealing" Swizz Beatz away from his former wife, but NO ONE can deny her talent and her role in R&B music. And throughout it all, she remains positive....BELLA!
