Former supermodel and Project Runway Host Heidi Klum was spotted with her children vacationing at the Hotel Cala di Volpe in Porto Cervo, Sardinia on Sunday.
The svelte beauty played on the beach with her children and husband Seal (not pictured) at the Mediterranean resort locale.
